Bookings & Payment:
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment may be made in full or partially, depending on the booking policy.
Cancellations & Changes:
Cancellations within the stated period are free of charge. Outside this period, cancellation fees may apply. Wijzigingen zijn mogelijk afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid.
Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Guests & House Rules:
Only registered guests are permitted. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, pets are not permitted, and we kindly ask guests to respect others regarding noise levels.
Comfort & Safety:
Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities, air conditioning, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Privacy:
Your personal information is treated confidentially and used solely for communication and reservations.
Overmacht:
Bientu Resort is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government measures.
